Elite programmes have used video review for decades — because athletes correct faster when they can see the repetition, not just hear about it. The barrier was never the idea; it was the apparatus: cameras, cabling, an operator, and footage nobody has time to manage.
Podium removes the apparatus. A phone on a tripod becomes the camera; any screen becomes the replay station; the delay loop runs itself for the whole session. Coaches coach — the review happens beside the mat, seconds after each attempt, with nothing recorded unless a coach chooses to keep it.

Data minimisation by design
No athlete accounts, no profiles, no biometrics. The live stream exists only in transit; storage begins only at a coach’s deliberate action.
Nothing outlives the session
Clips exist only during training plus a two-hour pickup window, then deletion is enforced automatically. Deleted means deleted — including the database record.

Questions federations ask first
Who is the data controller?
Your club (or federation) is the controller; Podium is the processor acting on your instruction, under a Data Processing Agreement. Hosting is EU-based end to end.
Is any footage stored without action from a coach?
No. The live delay loop is ephemeral — it streams, displays, and is gone. Storage happens only when a coach saves a clip, and every clip auto-deletes 2 hours after the session ends.
How is consent handled for minors?
The camera page presents the consent notice at the point of filming, including guardian-consent guidance for under-18s. Because gymnasts hold no accounts and no profile exists, the data footprint is minimal by design.
What infrastructure does a hall need?
A phone as the camera, a browser screen for replay, and ordinary internet. There is no hardware to procure, install, or maintain — which is what makes a multi-club rollout practical.
Can we pilot before committing?
